- Attracts the perfect type of customer for your business.
- Helps you craft a specific message to your audience as suppose to a generic one.
Consider these points when you are creating your customer avatar:
- Married/ Single
- Level of education
- Income level
- What kind of car do they drive?
- Do they work?
- Do they have free time?
- What is there pain point?
Customer Avatar Example
Mary is a mum of three children, she lives in the leafy suburbs where there is lots of things for her children to do. She is works in an office and generally works during her lunch to get her work done. She rushes from work to pick up her children from after school club and Nursery. After a long day at work her last thing she wants to do is cook a meal for her family so ends up buying take out.
What is her pain points?
- Busy mum
- Works during her lunch break
- Unhealthy living, regular has take away meals
